(1) What is your production process?
a. The production department adjusts the production plan when receive the assigned production order at the first time.
b. The material handler goes to the warehouse to get the materials.
c. Prepare the corresponding work tools.
d. After all the materials are ready, production workshop personnel start producing.
e. The quality control personnel will do quality inspection after the final product is produced, and the packaging will start if passing the inspection.
f. After packaging, the product will enter the finished product warehouse.
(2) How long is your normal product delivery period?
For samples, the delivery time is within 5 working days.
For mass production, the delivery time is 7-15 days after receiving the deposit. The delivery time will be effective after ① we receive your deposit, and ② we obtain your final approval for your product. If our delivery time does not meet your deadline, please check your requirements in your sales. In all cases, we will try our best to meet your needs. In most cases, we can do this.

We own more 100 sets pipe production lines that are advanced at domestic and abroad,200 sets of fitting production equipment. The production capacity reaches more than 100 thousand tons. Its main contain 6 systems of water, gas, dredging, mining, irrigation and electricity, more than 20 series and more than 7000 specifications.

The products are in line with ISO4427/4437, ASTMD3035, EN12201/1555, DIN8074, AS/NIS4130 standard, and approved by ISO9001-2015, CE, BV, SGS, WRAS.

Due to the use of 100% original raw materials, for all HDPE pipes & fittings, we can provide 50 years of warranty for normal use.

The laboratory has a Melt flow rate tester, Carbon black dispersion tester, Ash content tester, Density gradiometer and Hydrostatic testing machine and so on. As a Provincial technical center, can supply test for a third party.

Each batch of products can be traced back to the supplier, batching personnel and QC team by production date and batch number, to ensure that any production process is traceable.
